Close Trustees Guernsey Limited is the data controller in relation to any personal data supplied by you in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001. When providing personal data you are consenting to the Administrator carrying out the actions below: -

• providing personal data (including where necessary, sensitive personal date) to such third parties as the Administrator may consider necessary to enable the carrying out of the Administrator’s duties or as the Data Protection Law may require, including third parties outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey or the European Economic Area.
• the processing of personal data (including where necessary, sensitive personal data) in connection with credit and money laundering checks
• the transfer of personal data to other companies within the same group of companies as the Professional Adviser and/or the Administrator (including such companies which are outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey or the European Economic Area) who need to process such information under any delegation agreement, or otherwise to use such information for marketing purposes to promote their services, including by means of electronic communications; and
• the processing of personal data for the Administrator’s internal administration.
