Plan Fees:

Establishment Fee:	£300	This includes the establishment cost and the transfer of assets form one UK approved scheme.	Note: should transfers be made from more than one scheme, then an additional charge of £150 will apply for each subsequent transfer.
Sales Charge: Sales charge on pension transfers (or contributions) invested.	Up to 5%	Part of the sales charge may be retained by the Professional Advisor.
Annual Fee:	£300

Option A: Standard – Upfront with trail

Commission – up to 4.5% (from the 5% sales charge) of assets invested.
Investment allocation (dependent on commission taken) between 95% to 99.5% of invested assets (less plan charges).
Ongoing trail commission – available on £, € or US$ investment strategies:
- Cash Strategy 0.25%
- Cautious Strategy 0.50%
- Neutral Asset Allocation Strategy 0.50%
- Balanced Strategy 0.75%
- Growth Strategy 0.75%

Option B: Enhanced Allocation Deals

Maximum of 3% upfront commission on value of initial assets invested.
Investment allocation (dependent on commission taken) between 100% to 103% of invested assets (less plan charges).
Redemption penalties may apply within the first 5 years.
- Invested assets up to 8% can be redeemed annually free of penalty.
- Redemptions above 8% per annum incur up to 5% penalty charge in year one reducing to 1% in year five.
No trail commission is payable with this option.
This option is not available on the Cash Strategy.
